We offer First Class and Priority Mail from the US Postal Service as well as FedEx for shipping. Shipping costs are determined by weight and destination. We try to get orders shipped by next business day. Currently we are only shipping to United States addresses.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You may return most new, unopened items at your expense within 15 days of delivery for either store credit (purchase price minus shipping) or a refund of the purchase price less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
If you received the wrong item or an item is non-functional, please contact us for a RMA and we will arrange to have it returned and a replacement item sent. If we are out of stock on that item we will issue a refund. If the disc plays but there was damaged to the case or packaging during shipping please contact us with photos of the damage. We reserve the right to replace just the damaged parts.
