We offer First Class and Priority Mail from the US Postal Service as well as FedEx for shipping. Shipping costs are determined by weight and destination. We try to get orders shipped by the next business day. Currently, we are only shipping to United States addresses.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You may return most new, unopened items at your expense within 15 days of delivery for either store credit (purchase price minus shipping) or a refund of the purchase price less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Defective/Damaged discs can only be returned within 14 days of receipt from tracking. We highly suggest that you open your disc to make certain it is free of damage and it plays in your player. Disc freezes can usually be remedied by using a soft cloth to clean the disc surface. Do not clean the disc in a circular pattern, but rather in a straight line from the inner to the outer edge of the disc.
If you received the wrong item or an item is non-functional, please contact us for an RMA and we will arrange to have it returned and a replacement item sent. If we are out of stock on that item we will issue a refund. If the disc plays but there was damage to the case or packaging during shipping please contact us with photos of the damage. We reserve the right to replace just the damaged parts.
